Holiday gift guide for the wellness junkie in your life

I truly don’t want anything for Christmas this year.

Never have I ever felt more blessed than I have right in this very moment: happily married, healthy, employed – the list goes on and on.

But since we know that gift-giving is a nicety recognized worldwide, I figured I’d create a list of all the totally non-essential, but nice-to-have, things that all wellness junkies would love.

You will never go back to your old headphones ever again. I pinky promise.

Outdoor Voices 7/8 Springs Leggings

OV has some of the softest, highest-quality, chic and FUN athleticwear wear out there. Plus, the female founder of Outdoor Voices, Ty, is a total badass.

These are definitely on my Christmas list.

The Five-Minute Journal

Mindfulness and gratitude aren’t just a “woo woo” health trends of 2019 – it’s a lifestyle and totally here to stay. Spending just five minutes a day (pun-intended) reflecting on what you're thankful for might just change your entire perspective on life...

Adidas Ultraboost Running Shoes

I run in these shoes nearly every day and it’s like running on CLOUDS, ya’ll!

Subscription to Headspace

See gift #3 and act accordingly. Headspace’s 5 to 10-minute meditations completely put my anxious heart at ease.

Bala (weighted) Bangles

My mom and mother-in-law are about to turn 60 – okay, “sexty” as they're calling it. ☺ They’re big walkers and I seriously can’t keep up half the time we walk together, but I know these weighted bangles will give their walking game an extra boost.

Eat Clean, Play Dirty Cookbook

Fellow Institute of Integrative Nutrition School alum, Danielle Duboise and Whitney Tingle are the founders of the popular organic, nutritional program, Sakara Life.

Their cookbook, Eat Clean, Play Dirty, shares plant-based recipes aimed at creating meals that heal your gut, balance your body, reduce inflammation and so much more, all without sacrificing flavor.

Olika Minnie Trio Natural Hand Sanitizer

Olika's hand sanitizer is made with high-grade essential oils and aloe vera. No harmful chemicals here!

These are a perfect stocking stuffer, friends.

Kettlebell Set

For those can’t get to the gym each day or just don’t like working out in front of other people (I’ve totally been there), kettlebells are an absolute must for any at-home gym.

Jade Roller

Get yourself a jade roller, stick it in the freezer and roll out those puffy under eyes in the morning. If you’re not awake before rollin’, trust me you’ll be awake after! This is the roller I have and it’s less than $7 — hollaaaa.

The Universe Has Your Back Affirmation Cards

Whether or not you're into "woo woo" stuff or not, I think everyone enjoys a good motivational quote every now and then. This deck has 52 inspiring messages providing a sense of peace that everything's going to be okay. Now THAT I can get behind.

YnM Weighted Blanket

Weighted blankets are known to improve sleep and reduce stress and anxiety, so it sounds like we should all order one of these for 2020! Two for me, that's for sure.

Happy shopping!

In health and happiness,
