My top 10 refined sugar-free recipes

Throughout the past two weeks of the 21-Day Refined Sugar-Free Challenge, I've had a few of our nearly 90 participants reach out saying their cravings had already shifted.


One former client has eveneffortlesslylost 7 pounds, which made my heart sing.


According to Harvard Medical School, the higher your intake of added sugar, the greater risk you're at for developing heart disease.


Less dire, but equally as disturbing facts we know about added, refined sugar include:

  • Increased inflammation

  • Raised blood pressure

  • Heightened anxiety

  • Gut issues

  • Weight gain

  • Diabetes

All that said, I am not a fan of restriction. I believe you can live an abundant and wellness-focused life without sacrificing flavor.
