A HOLISTIC APPROACH

As a certified Integrative Holistic Health Coach and personal trainer, I work with men and women alike to create the most realistic approach to achieving a healthy lifestyle.

I've worked with a variety of clients, ranging from those with jobs in Corporate America, to stay-at-home moms, and though specific challenges might change, every client has similar things they want to work on:

  • Making time for exercise

  • Creating healthier eating habits

  • Increase education about food, including nutrition, food labels and food regulations

  • Managing stress in a healthy way

  • Carving boundaries at work and at home

  • Kicking sugar habits without feeling deprived

  • Developing a routine that's maintainable no matter what life throws their way

COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION

20 minutes - phone only

In this 20-minute FREE session, we will go over your health history, any pain points you're struggling with and what you want your life to look like in the future. Consultations are essential for both clients and coaches to figure out a potential path forward in their wellness journey.

THREE-MONTH RESET 

Do you have a basic understanding of what a healthy lifestyle looks like, but you're having trouble sticking to it? Are you sick of yo-yo dieting? Then this program is for you!

Three months: $600 for six bi-monthly sessions

  • Health history assessment

    • 50-minute phone call, Skye/FaceTime

    • Review of overall eating habits and lifestyle

    • Goal setting

  • Six health coaching sessions

    • 50-minute phone call, Skype/FaceTime

    • Can use one coaching session for pantry clean out over FaceTime or in-person, if local to Chicago

  • Session notes sent via email with resources specific to your goals

  • Personalized meal and exercise recommendations

  • Unlimited text and email support 

  • Optional add-on: Grocery store tour ($200, see below for details)

SIX-MONTH LIFESTYLE OVERHAUL

If you're a wellness newbie and have numerous failed attempts at trying to eat healthy, workout, manage stress and cultivate a better relationship with food, this six-month lifestyle overhaul is exactly what you need. We're really focused on lasting behavior change in this program, as it takes roughly two months for any behavior to become automatic. 

Six months: $1,200 for twelve bi-monthly sessions

  • Health history assessment

    • 50-minute phone call, Skye/FaceTime

    • Review of overall eating habits and lifestyle

    • Goal setting

  • Twelve health coaching sessions

    • 50-minute phone call, Skype/FaceTime

    • One coaching session will be used for a pantry clean out over FaceTime or in-person, if local to Chicago (a $200 value for two hours)

  • Session notes sent via email with resources specific to your goals

  • Personalized meal and exercise recommendations

  • Unlimited text and email support 

  • Optional add-on: Grocery store tour over FaceTime or in-person, if local to Chicago (see below for details)

30-DAY JUMP START

This program is ideal for someone with a basic understanding of all things wellness-related, but isn't seeing the results they're looking for. We will focus on four foundational pillars of a healthy lifestyle—one each week: whole foods, movement, stress management and planning your weeks for success. This is the perfect way to get back on track in a short amount of time.

30 days: $500 for four weekly sessions

  • Four health coaching sessions

KITCHEN CLEAN-OUT + MAKEOVER
A functional kitchen is the foundation for preparing great meals. I'll explain what you should keep, what you should toss (and why) and then create a list of replacement staples to include in your kitchen. 

Up to two hours: $200

  • Take deep dive into your pantry and fridge

  • Clean out certain foods and explain what ingredients make them less-than-ideal to have at home

  • Make your kitchen a source of inspiration for cooking, cultivating good relationships and nourishing your body

GROCERY STORE TOUR + MEAL PLANNING

Food labels can be hard to read, especially when health food marketing is as sneaky as they come these days! As we tour the grocery store of your choosing, I'll provide insight, education and facts to help you grocery shop like a pro.​

Up to two hours: $200

  • Prepare a list of what a weekly grocery list and meal plan might look like in your home (done virtually)

  • Tour thorough tour of your favorite grocery store and create an action plan for every trip

  • Learn healthy tips, quick snack ideas and ways to make your existing shopping habits healthier and more affordable
